Delivery

We have the following delivery methods available. At the checkout, it will automatically select the cheapest method. You can change this if you wish to receive your order sooner.

• Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post (orders up to 3.0Kg and £32.00 Limit)
• Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Post (orders up to 1.0Kg and £32.00 Limit)
• Royal Mail Standard Parcels (orders up to 20.0Kg and £500 Limit) with additional insurance
• Parcel Force 48
• Citylink Next Day

The cost depends on the amount of products you are ordering.

If you are outside the UK, please contact us with your full address, we will then contact you with the full cost including delivery.

It is your responsibility to make sure you are in to collect your order. Usually if you are not in, the courier will hold the parcel at the local sorting office / depot and leave a card through your door. It is your responsibility to collect your order from them.

If you have not received your order, let us know and we will do our best to help you.

You are also welcome to come and collect your order from our shop if you live nearby. Please select this option at the checkout.

Returns

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the products you have ordered or they are damaged, incomplete or faulty, please contact us first to arrange .

Unless there is a problem with the products, you are responsible for return delivery charges.

Payment Methods

PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We use PayPal to process credit and debit card payments. You do not need to already have or sign up to a PayPal account to pay with card.

Cheque

You can also pay by sending us a cheque - as you can understand, we are unable to despatch your order until the payment has cleared.

Cash

If paying by cash, it is your responsibility to make sure that the money arrives safely. For this reason, we would recommend using a credit/debit card or posting a cheque.
